• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your ph444club account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your account balance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Use the ph444club brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.

• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond ph444club's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Decisions made by ph444club in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture.

ph444club's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph444club account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
